What the form sends

Pressing Send passes on the name you typed, the contact or contacts you gave, and your note: the place concerned, what should change, where it can be checked and your connection to the place. The address and language of the page you sent it from go with it. One hidden field, which people never see, exists only to catch automated spam.

How notes are used

Notes are stored by a form service and read together at the next revision of the directory. They are used only to check and apply what you report, and a reply goes out only when a note asks for one and leaves a contact. Names and contacts are never published, sold or passed to the club, academy or organiser concerned; a correction shown on the site describes the change, not its sender.

Counting visits

Visits are counted by a small script served from this site’s own domain. It sets no cookie and does not follow anyone to other sites. For each page view it records the page, the page that linked to it, and the browser, type of device and country derived from the request, and these are looked at only as totals.

Nothing loaded from elsewhere

The site loads no advertising, social-media or other third-party tracking code, and no outside fonts, maps or images. A link to a source or to a map takes you to another website with its own privacy rules. The host that delivers these pages processes technical data such as IP addresses only as far as serving them requires.

Your rights under the GDPR

To have a note you sent corrected or deleted, write again through the form with the same name and contact and say what you want. The change is made in the form service at the next reading of notes; no confirmation is sent unless you ask for one and leave a contact. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP.
