Report an error or suggest a place

Use this form for a chess club, course, evening or tournament series in Bucharest or Ilfov that is missing here, or for a card that is wrong or out of date. Players, parents, coaches and club officers are all welcome to write.

The most useful thing to send is a link: the club’s page, a tournament listing, a dated post. Notes are read together at the next revision, compared with that page, and every change that follows is dated under changes made.

What is your note about?
For a new place: what chess happens there and on which day. For an error: which line of the card is wrong.
Address of a web page, a tournament listing or a post that shows it.
So the note has a sender; it never appears on the site.
A phone number or a messaging account, if you would rather not give an email.

Leave at least one contact, an email or another. It stays private and is used only if a reply is needed.

How the contents of this form are handled is described in the data notice.

What happens next

  • Your note waits with the others until the next revision of the directory.
  • It is then checked against the club’s or organiser’s own pages; where they confirm it, the card changes and the date goes into the changes made.
  • Where no page backs it up, the card is left unchanged and keeps any unconfirmed mark it has.
  • A reply is sent only when you ask for one and leave a contact.
